Terms and conditions for using ASINMedic services and tools

By accessing and using ASINMedic services, including our Chrome Extension, Google Sheets™ Add-on, WebApp, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ASINMedic provides software tools for Amazon sellers including:
ASIN eligibility checking directly in your browser
Bulk data analysis and reporting within spreadsheets
Advanced profitability analysis and market intelligence
By using ASINMedic services, you agree to:
One-time purchase of $5. Payment grants lifetime access to the Chrome Extension with all current features. Updates and support included.
Free tier: Available with limitations (5 ASINs per run, basic features)
Licensed tier: $10/month subscription with unlimited usage and premium features
Monthly billing cycle. Cancel anytime with service continuing until end of current billing period.
Currently in beta testing phase. Free access during beta period. Subscription terms and pricing will be provided upon general availability release.
Subscription Services: You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
One-time Purchases: Chrome Extension purchases are final. Contact support if you experience technical issues.
Refund Requests: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@asinmedic.com with your specific situation.
Our services depend on third-party APIs which may have limitations:
Subject to Amazon's rate limits and availability. Service interruptions may occur due to API maintenance.
Rate limits apply based on your Keepa subscription level. Historical data availability depends on Keepa's coverage.
ASINMedic tools are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
ASINMedic's total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of ASINMedic after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
