Google User Data We Collect

The ASINMedic Google Workspace add-on accesses the following Google user data through these OAuth permissions:

Data we access:

  • • Google account email address - For authentication and account management purposes
  • • Google Sheets™ content - Full access to read ASIN data and write analysis results to all your spreadsheets
  • • Google Sheets™ structure - To create new sheets, edit existing sheets for organizing analysis data

Google API permissions we use:

  • • spreadsheets - Read, write, create, and delete Google Sheets™ spreadsheets
  • • userinfo.email - View your primary Google account email address
  • • script.external_request - Connect to external services like Amazon API for product data
  • • script.container.ui - Display ASINMedic interface within Google applications

How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • ⚡ Immediate deletion - Google user data is immediately deleted when you remove the add-on
  • 📅 On-request deletion - We will delete all your Google user data within 7 days upon request
